Blood
Just before the Indiana border, Sean started randomly bleeding from his nose (most likely due to his lack of wisdom teeth). Just when he got it under control, he sneezed bloody snot and had to clean himself up again (with the one napkin). We stopped at Dairy Queen to get him ice cream and napkins. Luckily, I was driving when this happened.

... but you didn't mention the bad breath. It's definitely the most striking sensory experience you'll have on this trip.
